Yes we are. We sell both retail and to the trade.
Do you sell carpet
padding?
Yes, we have many different choices. Our trained sales staff can help you choose the best pad for your carpet.
What are your
hours?
Open Monday through Friday 8am- 4pm and Saturday
8am-12pm. We are closed on Sundays and some holidays.
I am having trouble choosing carpet.
Where do I start?
Bring in your room measurements and a sample of your favorite element in the room (a pillow or
paint chip, for example). We have more than twenty years' experience helping customers like you
find just the right match for their flooring needs.
Do you have samples I can take home?
We sell carpet directly from the roll. If you require a sample from one of
our rolls, we will be happy to sell you a square yard of any carpet you are considering. Factory samples can be misleading,
because dyelots and materials change over time. The only way to know exactly what you are getting is to purchase from
us.
I have
a sample of what I want. Can you get it for me?
We may
not have exactly the same carpet, but if you bring in your sample, we can often match your selection and save you as much
as 40% from retail stores.
I
am looking for a lot of carpet. Are there discounts available?
All of our carpet is clearly priced.
However, if you purchase an entire roll or a clearance piece, additional discounts are available.
Is financing
available?
We do not offer financing.
Do you provide an installer for my carpet purchase?
We do not install; however, over
the last 17 years we have developed a list of independent installers. At the time of purchase we can provide you with
a list upon request. The installers can measure your job site, and install your carpet when you are ready. We have many
excellent installers on the list and they are often able to do your installation the next day, or whenever you are ready.
Are the installers
able to move furniture?
Most installers will move furniture. Be sure to discuss this with them when you arrange
the installation.
How do I
get my carpet and padding to the job site?
Most customers have the installer take the carpet to the job site, or you are welcome to take
the carpet with you the same day. We can also put you in contact with a delivery company. We are happy to hold
your carpet until the installation, up to 30 days. If you need additional time, you can speak to a manager.
I don't live close to the warehouse. Will the carpet layers install my carpet if I live far away?
The carpet layers on our list have gone to the high desert,
San Bernardino Mountains and surrounding cities. We can always let you know if there is an installer in your area.
